08 Mar World Book Day Celebration
This week we have been celebrating World Book Day, the chance to be immersed in books and reading in all its forms. It allows us to appreciate that reading can transport us to different worlds and universes and allow us to marvel at the world around us, both real and imaginary. Staff and children at Alexandra Primary School dressed up as characters from a range of books and comics to help us celebrate together the beauty of books and the joy of reading.
