16 Jun Reception class – Growing Plants
The children in reception have been exploring the topic of ‘Growing’ They have been exploring the different parts of a plant. The children also took part in an experiment to see how water travels up a plant. They created a solution using food colouring and water and placed some flowers in the different coloured solutions. After 1 day the petals began to change colour – the children were fascinated!
